Incoming SD 30 Empty
PostSubject: Incoming SD 30   Incoming SD 30 EmptyFri Mar 07, 2008 7:39 pm

After going on a quest to find the perfect amp for me, I decided to pull the trigger and order a SD 30 head. I'm pretty excited- I've gone thru several guitars in the couple of years, but have always played thru my trusty THD BiValve. A new band project prompted me to look into a different amp (needed something that could do chimey cleans as well as a cranked plexi overdrive), and after doing a ton of internet research and trying different amps, the Budda rose to the top of the list. Playing a 30 watt combo at a local store sealed it for me- THAT was the tone I was looking for.

So, I called Boynton Pro Audio and got one on order. Unfortuantely, thry're on backorder so I'll have to wait. Can't wait for it to arrive!

I bought my SD30 212 at the same place!

Finally got to use my SD at rehearsal for the first time last night. This think is the perfect AC30/Plexi arsenal........I was really digging what I was hearing last night. The other guitarist was using a Fender relic strat and AC30 and it sounded great also but in comparison the Budda was warmer and juicy.
