45 is a loud mofo and is brighter overall with extended lows. Mids are a little squishy when those KT66s are pushed. 30 is still loud with a good balance of frequencies, tad warmer with solid lows and vox-like mids.

I have a 30 and the thing I love about it is I can finaly get any sound from it. it freakin rocks!..............and swings......and jives ........and.......
